What the warranty is

RadioSysHub provides a 24-month seller warranty on the equipment we supply, starting from the delivery date. This warranty is provided by Quanzhou BaltiGo E-commerce Co.,Ltd.. It is not a manufacturer warranty, and manufacturer service centres are not obliged to honour it.

What is covered

• Hardware failure of the radio, repeater or supplied accessory under normal use
• Remote diagnosis and configuration support for the full warranty period
• Repair or replacement of a failed unit, at our option, after we have assessed it

What is not covered

• Physical damage, liquid ingress beyond the model’s published IP rating, or unauthorised repair
• Consumables such as batteries, antennas, earphones and belts after 90 days
• Loss, theft, or damage in transit where you arranged the freight
• Firmware or programming changes made by you or a third party

How to claim

Email [email protected] with the order reference, serial number, the model, and a description or short video of the fault. We will confirm the next step within 24 hours on business days. Where the equipment was exported, we will tell you the return address and who bears the freight before you ship anything.

Statutory rights

This warranty is additional to any rights you have under the law that applies to your purchase. Nothing here excludes them.
